The room itself was very clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the room for two people because I wanted the bathtub, and it was worth it. But I stayed on my own. I had a lot of space for my two suitcases, my bagpack and myself. But it might be more problematic space-wise if you are not alone and have even more luggage. It is definitely not impossible to manage, but it might be a bit uncomfortable for some. The bathroom was really big and the glass window between the bath and the room was very entertaining. I never had anything like this, so I was very amazed. But that might just be me... Everything from soap over towels to razor and more was provided by the hotel. The location is perfect if you need to get to the airport, as you only walk like 9 minutes to the train (I managed that alone with my two fully packed suitcases and my bagpack). The path is easy and nice to walk, no problem to roll your suitcase around and the station has Konbinis close by, as well as a lot of restaurants. Going to other places like Shibuya might take a bit of time by train, but it is extremely convenient because you still only have to take the train, which doesn't take too much effort.

The hotel is exactly what you expect it to be. Great location a few minutes away from a reasonably-significant train station with very easy connections to Haneda. Check in was super efficient, the wifi worked great. Rooms were tiny, as expected of a Tokyo business hotel (especially at this price point). Shower and bath included - and the shower room was almost as big as the bedroom. Shower pressure was great. Slept comfortably in a very quiet room. Convenience store (7-11) at the end of the block, or a Family Mart on the way from the station. Great value

Greatest location right off Keikyu Kamata Station. Keikyu line connects Narita and Haneda airports, so it's very convenient for a layover. Nice staff, quick checkin/out, and well maintained super clean room/bathroom. Toilet and shower areas are separate from the bathtub, like in most Japanese homes, to enjoy soaking into a clear tub water. APA hotels are the best to avoid noisy Chinese tour groups. (Google the reason way ; ) I don't stay anywhere else when I come home to Japan.

Great location if you want to stay close to Haneda Airport. It is 5 minutes walk to KK train line runs frequently to Haneda Airport. It is next to a walking street with plenty of restaurants to choose from (although we have problem understanding the Japanese menus). My family with three kids stayed there for a few days. It is actually convenient with the KK line. We use the opportunity to visit suburbs in the south of Tokyo like Yokohama and kawasaki.

Great all around. Really nice bed and bathroom with a fancy switch which let's you turn the glass frosting on and off. Most everything in the room is labelled in Japanese, so you'll need to make use of Google Lens to translate. The staff have very limited English, but happily use Google Translate to communicate. The hotel is in the Kamata district which has lots of nice restaurants, conveniences and public transport links.
